Nestled into the resort's intimate setting are two wings—the Hartford Wing and the Crescent Wing.

With its classic Colonial architecture, the two-story Hartford Wing offers guestrooms and suites with lovely views of the ocean or garden grounds. This wing features 50 rooms (340 sq. ft), four suites (830 sq. ft.) and five two-bedroom garden cottages located in the gardens, just beyond the pool. All Hartford Wing accommodations were completely refurbished in late 2001.

The five new two-story buildings of the Crescent Wing offer luxury guestrooms and suites, all with commanding views of endless beach and ocean from a private balcony or terrace. This wing features 40 beachfront rooms (550 sq. ft.) and 10 beachfront suites (1100 sq. ft.).

Hartford Wing

Garden and Ocean Rooms
With rich mahogany and cane furnishings inspired by those found in a Colonial plantation, and lovely views of the garden grounds or ocean, each Hartford Room exudes the warm and inviting ambiance. In addition to 350 square feet of interior space, the room also opens to a patio or balcony perfect for relaxing. Hartford rooms feature king-sized beds. State-of-the-art amenities include a service bar, DVD and CD players, satellite television, and Internet access. Bathrooms are luxurious havens with large bathtubs and bidets.

Garden and Ocean Suites
Tropical luxury makes the Hartford Suite an alluring sanctuary. Washed in soft colors and textures inspired by this paradise, each expansive one-bedroom suite offers a king-sized bed. A separate parlor features elegant furnishings and modern amenities. Sliding glass doors lead to an adjoining terrace or balcony with sweeping views of the Atlantic or gardens. Bathrooms are adorned in marble with bathtubs and bidets.

Garden Cottages
Secluded within One&Only Ocean Club's garden grounds are five private Garden Cottages. Each 860 square foot, two-bedroom, two-bathroom hideaway is an elegant blend of casual Bahamian beauty and state-of-the-art amenities. Both luxurious bedrooms offer king or Euro-king beds. French doors connect a spacious parlor to the bedrooms and a private, enclosed courtyard. Bathrooms are sensual retreats adorned with marble.

Refined, yet casual charm defines One&Only Ocean Club's Crescent rooms. Each is adorned in contemporary island decor. King-sized mahogany beds, hardwood floors, sisal rugs and fresh flowers create a relaxing retreat. Louvered doors open to unparalleled views of the beach and ocean.

Luxury Beachfront Suites
Contemporary luxury graces the Crescent suite. Each expansive one-bedroom suite is designed in an elegant island decor. A king-sized mahogany bed, a desk and a lounge chair are inviting features of the bedroom. The large parlor with its living room and dining room areas create a comfortable residential ambiance. Louvered doors open to pristine stretches of sand, sea and sky. Marble bathrooms are beautifully appointed with double sinks, a walk-in steam shower, a bidet, and a jetted tub large enough for two.

Villas

Overview
Opened Summer 2004, the three and four-bedroom villas, perched above the beach, are the most luxurious accommodations at over 4400 square feet.

The gated entry opens to a garden courtyard with a jetted tub and shaded dining patio. Glass doors lead into the villa great room, where 25-foot wide louvered doors reveal expansive views of the infinity-edge pool, ocean and sky.

The style is distinctively British Colonial – polished hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, gentle fans and wood furnishings. The living and dining area provides a plasma screen, satellite TV, DVD/CD player and surround sound system. There is a full service kitchen, and a private chef can be hired to prepare meals.

The two master bedrooms, each approximately 760 square feet, offer a king-sized bed and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors with ocean vistas. The master baths feature a large ocean view window beside the bathtub and an indoor/outdoor shower that opens on one side to a secluded sun deck.

The third bedroom has a queen-sized bed, private patio and separate bath.

The four-bedroom villa offers an additional detached, 400-square-foot bedroom and bath set within the garden courtyard.
