options for you to choose from depending on the time of day and

Restaurant Palmilla overlooks the pool and the beautiful Caribbean;
it is fully air-conditioned for those rare occasions when the
weather does not cooperate! Casual for breakfast and lunch yet
candle lit in the evenings, Palmilla offers a full a la carte menu
created by our award winning chef Amy Knox.
The restaurant at Victoria House is
renowned to be one of the best in the region, newly appointed
Executive Chef Amy Knox was recently awarded the "Best Chef 2003"
and winner of "Tastes of Belize". Dining at Victoria House is a
casual experience with a unique mix of island seafood and
continental cuisine. Relaxed and informal yet as romantic as you
would desire, the air-conditioned candle-lit Palmilla Restaurant is
a delightful place to relax and enjoy Amy's unique style of cuisine.
If you want to dine under the magnificent stars of the island we
recommend the Patio adjacent to the restaurant overlooking the pool
and beach. Looking for a more casual experience? Admiral Nelson's
beach bar and verandah offers breakfast, lunch and dinner with
magnificent views of one of the world's greatest barrier reefs.

The Poolside patio is perfect for al
fresco dining, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner the patio is
located just outside the restaurant. Offering the same magnificent
views as Palmilla makes it a favorite for lunch.
Admiral Nelsons Beach Bar is a lovely
Belizean style Palapa thatch roof bar and casual dining verandah. Only
a few feet from the waters edge and pier it is the prime spot to watch
divers and fishermen return with their catch of the day and their tall
tales of the one that got away.
Located on the North end of the
resort lies the Palapa roof beach bar, this is the place to be casual
and relax in your swimsuit, enjoy a sundowner cocktail, select a
tequila from our signature collection, listen to island music while
soaking up the views of the reef, or simply while away the afternoon
playing one of the many games we have available for our guests.
Admiral Nelson's also serves breakfast, lunch and dinner and offers a
delightful bar menu all day; this hub of activity does not close until
the last guest leaves!
