From Atlantic lobster to decadent desserts, everything is exquisitely created by the highly talented culinary team at The Fairmont Algonquin.

Clubhouse Grill
Lunch at the Clubhouse Grill boasts classic clubhouse favorites and local maritime flavors.

Afternoon Tea
A hallowed English custom makes its way to the Canadian Rockies.  Gaze upon breath-taking views of the Bow Valley as you join us for traditional afternoon tea in the magnificent Rundle Lounge. Enjoy a refreshing cup of tea and delectable pastries in a friendly, relaxing atmosphere... it's a tradition you'll quickly adopt as your own.

About the Tea
A blend of seasonal quality tea was specially created for the Fairmont Banff Springs taking into account it's unique and invigorating mountain water.  The Assam component (2nd flush June Production) gives a thick malty and full bodied character; the Kenya component (Kiambu region, January production) gives floral-like flavor and a golden coppery infusion; the Ceyton (Dimbula region, January production) gives floral-like flavor and a golden coppery infusion; the Ceylon (Dimbula region, January production) gives an airy almost piquant flavor that opens the blend; the China (Anhui Province, April production) gives a burgundy depth with light oaky notes; and the 'piece de resistance' are teas from the three delightful little tea estates in South India (Nilgri Mountains, January production) that give a superb fruity and sprightly flavor with a lovely finish.  Truly one of the world's great teas!
