FINE DINING PAGE - THE FAIRMONT JASPER PARK LODGE - ALBERTA - CANADA

THIS IS NOT ALL-INCLUSIVE RESORT

The Grand Rocky Mountain Lodge Experience. Warm Albertan hospitality, unique outdoor dining locations, the breathtaking views from our restaurants and a culinary tradition rich in history, these are the simple ingredients of a memorable dining experience at The Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge.

Our Executive Chef, Patrick Turcot and his team of young Canadians are dedicated to acquaint you with the bounties of our vast Prairies and of the Great White North. A BBQ on the lake shore or a gastronomic experience in the Edith Cavell restaurant, we hope to share with you our Western heritage at The Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge.

All of us in Food and Beverage look forward to being the highlight of your stay. We have a Mountain of dining opportunities for you to choose from. All you need to do to be part of history is make a reservation!

Tent City Sports Lounge
Enjoy a beverage of your choice and any number of appetizers or pub favorites as you cheer your team to victory at the Tent City Lounge.

Saluting the history of Jasper, our local pub celebrates the innovation and vision of the Brewster Brothers, who, in the early 1900's, pitched a group of tents on the shores of the entrancing Lac Beauvert and aptly named it Tent City. A luxury at the time, Tent City began a long theme of luxury accommodations in Jasper; one The Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge readily embraces.

Come relax and watch the big game on a big screen with your friends, release some steam by throwing some darts or break the tension and the rack with a game of billiards in our casual bar.

Our dedicated service team aim to please and will happily serve you traditional pub food, a surplus of snacks and of course, micro-brewed beers, wines and classic and modern cocktails.

Located on the Promenade level of the Main Lodge, we invite you to celebrate, no matter the outcome of the game!

7th Tee Hut
Nestled between the 6th green and 7th tee, the area offers great views on the 6th, 7th and 11th hole. A perfect setting to rest, refresh and refocus on the upcoming challenges. It's time to relax and laugh. Sip on your favorite beverage or grab a snack to finish the day.

The Palisade Lounge and Patio
- Playing host to Kings & Queens, celebrities and high society, Fairmont Hotels & Resorts landmark hotels are known for their signature drinks and the lounges that made them famous. The Palisade is that and much more. Whether it is a preamble to The Edith Cavell experience or an end to a delightful evening, come and enjoy one of our signature beverages.  We invite you to join us, take a seat, and sip on single malt Scotch or a vintage Port. Soak in the elegance, and get comfortable, you might want to stay a while.

In Room Dining Services
In Room Dining on our 916-acre property is not just another meal. Nothing at The Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge is more steeped in tradition that our In Room Dining offering. A long-standing tradition of bicycle delivery sets the tone for your dining experience. A meal in any of our rooms or specialty cabins can turn into unexpected pleasures that you will cherish for a lifetime. Let us set a table for you on your verandah or a deck overlooking Lac Beauvert, we'll cater to all your needs. Whether it be a 'cook your own' BBQ, a picnic basket or a fine dining experience, you will never think of In Room Dining the same way again!

TripAdvisor Notes
The Edith Cavell
Towering Mountains, glistening lake, sparkling skies.  The only views that could outshine the postcard perfect vista from the Four Diamond Edith Cavell Dining Room are its elegant china, crystal and tapestry setting, or the spectacular menu. Each dish celebrates the treasures of North America’s fields, seas and rivers with a deft, contemporary touch.  Thoughtful service provides the perfect finishing touch, which will be an experience that will capture your heart, and your palate.

The Emerald and The Emerald Outdoor Patio
Unwind after the day with a cocktail in the Emerald Lounge, a room that evokes the senses of relaxation. The opulent, sophisticated setting, with its timeless views of Lac Beauvert and Whistler's Mountain, provides the backdrop for sipping fine wines and liquors from around the world. Very little has changed in the scene outside these windows and very little has altered inside the Emerald Lounge. There are plush couches to sink into, big comfortable arm chairs for reading or conversation, and warm peanuts to nibble. Meet your dinner companions at the Emerald Lounge for a leisurely cocktail or simply lounge and enjoy one of the appetizers or entrees from the menu. It’s a timeless place for people with nothing but time to relax

First Cup Deli and Seasonal Grill
Stanley Thompson, master golf architect, displayed some of his finest work when he designed the 18-hole Jasper Park Lodge golf course. Today few courses match its majesty. Our Chefs strive to do the same with our culinary creations. The First Cup Deli offers take-out options, creative sandwiches, beverages and snacks to satisfy your appetite before enjoying our challenging golf course. In the shadow of Signal mountain, with great views of the first tee, lays our Seasonal Grill and Patio.  Enjoy seasonal BBQ fares in an enchanting location.

Meadows Restaurant
In the Canadian Rockies, warmth and hospitality are a way of life, a mountain culture that will embrace you the moment you enter the bright and comfortable Meadows Restaurant.  Menu selections are light-hearted with a European accent. A casual atmosphere and friendly service energize the scene. Start each morning with a la carte and buffet breakfasts, our join us for at dinnertime complimented with a fantastic menu and superb wine list.

The Moose's Nook Northern Grill
Our heritage is nowhere more evident than in The Moose's Nook's rustic style. Bent wood high back chairs, cowhide covered menus, native artwork, wildlife paintings, relics of bygone eras and depictions of local landscapes. The service is unsurpassed in warmth and true Canadian hospitality. Our culinary team will prepare the best ingredients available through our prairies and Rocky Mountains, or perhaps you would prefer the freshest fish from the pristine rivers of the Great Canadian White North. Creative regional cuisine and an outstanding selection of VQA Canadian as well as International wines will round up your Grand Rocky Mountain Lodge Experience
