Experience. Warm Albertan hospitality, unique outdoor dining
locations, the breathtaking views from our restaurants and a
culinary tradition rich in history, these are the simple ingredients
of a memorable dining experience at The Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge.
Our Executive Chef, Patrick Turcot and
his team of young Canadians are dedicated to acquaint you with
the bounties of our vast Prairies and of the Great White North. A
BBQ on the lake shore or a gastronomic experience in the Edith
Cavell restaurant, we hope to share with you our Western heritage at
The Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge.
All of us in Food and Beverage look
forward to being the highlight of your stay. We have a Mountain
of dining opportunities for you to choose from. All you need to
do to be part of history is make a reservation!
Tent City Sports Lounge
Enjoy a beverage of your choice and any number of appetizers or pub
favorites as you cheer your team to victory at the Tent City Lounge.
Saluting the history of Jasper, our
local pub celebrates the innovation and vision of the Brewster
Brothers, who, in the early 1900's, pitched a group of tents on the
shores of the entrancing Lac Beauvert and aptly named it Tent City.
A luxury at the time, Tent City began a long theme of luxury
accommodations in Jasper; one The Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge readily
embraces.
Come relax and watch the big game
on a big screen with your friends, release some steam by throwing
some darts or break the tension and the rack with a game of
billiards in our casual bar.
Our dedicated service team aim to
please and will happily serve you traditional pub food, a surplus of
snacks and of course, micro-brewed beers, wines and classic and
modern cocktails.
Located on the Promenade level of
the Main Lodge, we invite you to celebrate, no matter the outcome of
the game!
