premises, the nearby Fairmont Le Chateau Montebello offers sumptuous
dining. If you desire, a chef will come to you and create a
custom-made meal exactly to your specifications. And if you managed

Every summer our guests love nothing better than to lounge out on
our majestic outdoor terrace and watch the boats drift by. It's
even better while sipping a Margarita or Daiquiri and eating a
Sirloin Steak just the way you like it! Out outdoor grill and
'Igloo Bar' serve up fabulous barbecue meals all summer long,
(weather permitting) for lunch and dinner.
Golf Club Terrace and Mulligans Bar
After a great round of golf on our 18-hole Stanley Thompson designed
Golf Course enjoy a cool drink on our terrace and watch other
golfers arrive on the green or tee off! A light bistro menu is also
available before or after your round. A food cart also makes its
rounds if you can't wait to get out there and a light snack is what

in 'L'Ermite' de Saint Benoit Sauce or our traditional Roast Prime

Caribou flavored with a sweet and sour Cranberry sauce. A bottle of
wine from our exclusive cellar is sure to compliment your exquisite

'Coast to Coast Seafood Chowder' between 5:30 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. and
then your favorite cocktails while you listen to the great tunes of
our house band on weekends.
