Strip House, the famed Manhattan steak restaurant, arrives at LXR properties around the country including: the beautiful El Conquistador Resort & Golden Door® Spa redefining the traditional steak house paradigm with a saucy mélange of sultry silks and vintage Studio Manasse images adorning the walls. The seductive atmosphere and innovative menu excite all the senses. Private dining rooms are also available for a more exclusive dining experience. Strip House's menu includes truffled cream spinach , goose fat potatoes , and prime cuts of beef charred to perfection in Chef John Schenk's kitchen. Ristorante Otellos, for a candlelight dinner in the finest European tradition, Otello’s provides an enchanting setting and serves the most authentic Northern Italian cuisine. Located across from Drake’s on the Mirador level, Otello’s serves dinner Monday – Sunday. Reservations are required.

Blossoms presents diners with an exquisite tour of the Orient, featuring three culinary styles that include a Sushi Bar boasting the freshest seafood, sizzling delights prepared on Tappan yaki tables, and innovative Hunan and Szechwan specialties. Located on the Mirador level at the top of the escalators, Blossoms is open for dinner Monday – Sunday. Reservations are recommended.

Stingray Cafe, located at the seaside La Marina Village, Stringray’s opens its doors Monday – Sunday for dinner. Enjoy breathtaking views of the ocean and Palomino Island as you dine at Stingray’s Award-winning Chef Dayn Smith presents his creative, Caribbean-infused seafood cuisine. You will also enjoy his homemade tropical fruit sorbets. Reservations are recommended.
