resort. ANSE CHASTANET’S architect owner, Nick Troubetzkoy, has
expanded upon his philosophy of building in harmony with Caribbean
nature and environment by introducing a new level of sophistication
in the design of JADE MOUNTAIN with its extraordinary infinity pool
suites.
Expect grand sweeping spaces
beyond your imagination, with your bedroom, living area and
extravagantly sized private infinity edge pool gliding into one
another to form an amazing platform floating in space, with the 4th
wall missing entirely – the result is a stage-like setting from
which to embrace the full glory – and infinite views – of St.
Lucia’s twin Pitons and the shimmering Caribbean Sea – a view you
are not likely to ever forget.
JADE MOUNTAIN has its own
exclusive reception area and concierge services. Fine clothing and
gifts are available at the resort’s boutique, SHADES OF JADE. The
Jade Mountain Spa is an oasis for the ultimate rejuvenating
experience. The Jade Mountain suites are deliberately techno-free
just like the rest of ANSE CHASTANET – there are no telephones,
radio, or television. Each suite has a unique bell pull cord to
summon a dedicated room service and housekeeping team 24 hours a
day. Internet access is available at reception – for those truly
determined diehards who simply cannot let go, forget the outside
world and float away as the resort would like you to!
Integral to the suites is the Jade
Mountain Club – a casual space in which to enjoy a drink or light
meal. The club centre also features a large communal infinity pool.
Hovering in space above the Jade Mountain Club is the Celestial
Terrace. Enjoy the exclusivity and private setting of JADE MOUNTAIN
with all of ANSE CHASTANET’S leisure and sports facilities as well
as 2 beaches which are available to JADE MOUNTAIN guests at all
times.
In typical
Anse Chastanet fashion, each of the infinity pool suites at Jade
Mountain has been individually designed. Three room rate categories
have been created to reflect the square footage of the suites, size
of pool and the scope of the view. Please note that all suites have
an unparalleled view of the Pitons and the Caribbean Sea. An
additional panoramic quality to the view is provided by suites on
particular elevations and those located on corners.

The Jade Mountain concierge is
available at all times to tailor make day excursions for JADE
MOUNTAIN guests. A handful of carefully selected tour guides is
available to share their wealth of information about the history and
culture of our beautiful island. Being situated in the southern part
of the island, major sightseeing attractions such as the Rainforest,
Botanical Gardens, Drive-In Volcano and Sulphur Springs are all
within easy reach. There are deep sea fishing excursions, boat
shopping trips to the capital and hiking tours up Gros Piton
mountain, to name just a few.

At ANSE CHASTANET'S
Piti Piton and Treehouse Restaurant, we have created and celebrate
award winning Tropical World Cuisine, blending Caribbean cuisine
with other world cuisine experiences, from French to Mediterranean
and from Fusion to New World cuisine. ANSE CHASTANET is very
actively involved with the island's local farmers to assist them in
understanding which produce is essential to our culinary style.
Together with ANSE CHASTANET'S horticultural team, we have recently
been further expanding ANSE CHASTANET'S own gardens, cultivating
fresh herbs and fresh fruits which are grown amidst the historical
ruins of the Anse Mamin plantation, part of ANSE CHASTANET'S 600
acre estate. The dinner menu changes daily and consists of a 4
course meal served in a romantic candlelit ambiance, surrounded by
beautiful original artwork. Part of the Piton Restaurant is the
Treehouse, where diners are seated in an open-air area amidst
treetops as the name suggests. Dinner is served daily with the
exception of Tuesdays. |
