The 6 villas and 19 suites all have an "open wall" - the west side of each unit is left open to expose the breathtaking view, and the orientation of the buildings maintains complete privacy. The resort features a scenic pool and deck area and each comes with a plunge pool.

In lieu of a fourth wall, each room is graced with one of the most dramatic views in the world - the sea framed by the Pitons. The suites and villas are like luxurious tree houses. The netting draped over your four poster bed is all that separates you from this glorious outside world.

About The Accommodations

Ladera was built perched on the top rim of a ridge 1000 feet above sea level overlooking the Caribbean. Because of it’s height, and the fact that it is nestled into the hillside, no one but the birds can see into your room.

Ladera is always several degrees cooler than any other place in St. Lucia because of it’s elevation. There is constant "natural air conditioning" in all the rooms, suites and villas at Ladera because of the cooling trade winds which blow in from the east. You can adjust how much of a breeze you get simply by opening or closing a window.
