Dining
The Pavilion
With sweeping views of the sea, the
open-air Pavilion restaurant serves breakfast and lunch daily, as well
as an eclectic American/Continental ala carte menu for dinner with
selections such as seafood risotto with grilled prawn, white wine,
herbs and parmesan and grilled salmon. The restaurant's special
dessert menu changes daily. The Pavilion Bar & Terrace offers
sandwiches, snacks and light fare.
The Sugar Mill
Located in a rustic stone structure
fashioned after a local sugar factory, The Sugar Mill is our most
intimate restaurant. Dining just steps from the beach, guests enjoy
their choice of fresh local seafood such as Anegada lobster, tuna,
mahi mahi, snapper and hand-cut steaks and chops. The savory dinner
selections are complemented with ala carte sides such as garlic mashed
potatoes and asparagus with hollandaise and topped off with sinful
desserts.

The Beach Grill
Specializing in casual American
favorites for lunch, the Beach Grill is quite lovely. During the day,
select menu items may be served at your bohio by our beach walkers.
And, on Thursdays, a special beach barbecue with steel band
entertainment is offered at our Spring Bay picnic.
Children’s menus are available in The
Beach Grill for lunch and dinner, in The Pavilion for dinner, or
through Room Service. Children may also dine with a counselor from the
Children's Grove Monday through Saturday. Reservations are required.
