restaurants are supervised by our new Executive Chef, Jasper
Schneider. Since joining The Ritz-Carlton, St. Thomas, Chef
Schneider has instilled his philosophy of cooking with passion into
all aspects of the resort's culinary pursuits.
Great Bay
Lounge
Guests will enjoy all that Great Bay Lounge has to offer. Sample our
extensive wine and spirits list at the bar, join a game of dominoes
or billiards in the game area, or select from our
internationally-inspired small plates menu in the relaxed dining
area. In addition, a large wood deck offers outdoor seating and
spectacular views of St. John. Menu highlights include
Japanese-inspired Beef Yaktori, Indian Potato Pea Somosas with
Tamarind Dipping Sauce and a Tasting of Kobe Sliders. Our signature
cocktails such as the Island Spice Martini and Mangorita offer a
refreshing treat.
