The world-class, unique facilities include VIP treatment suites enhanced with honed granites, warm woods and mood-enhancing light. Each suite offers a private shower, bathroom and changing facilities where you can relax and escape. Nine suites feature private landscaped gardens and three have hydrotherapy' pools.

Inspired by the example of the ancients, we have created a unique treatment concept that blends traditional cultural therapies from the Caribbean, the Far East and Europe with a balanced philosophy' of health and well-being.

Spa Facilities
The world-class, unique facilities include 14 personalized VIP treatment suites enhanced with honed granites, warm woods and mood-enhancing light. Each suite offers a private shower, bathroom and changing facilities where you can relax and escape.

Nine suites feature private landscaped gardens. Three have hydrotherapy pools, and two suites have skylights.

Ayurvedic Holistic Body Treatment - 2 hrs
Echoes of the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda abound in a holistic treatment designed to balance the elements in both spirit and body Sip a refreshing infusion of herbs to soothe your senses while experiencing the welcoming foot ritual. Transcend the frantic pace of everyday life as you enter a state of reflective calm. Surrender fully to the Ayurvedic Marina massage, which pinpoints the vital energy centers of the face and body, releasing tension and restoring vitality Achieve ultimate tranquility through the chakra massage of head and scalp and prepare to face the world again.

Optimal Release - 2 hrs
Free-flowing joint release and massage results in gently settling the mind, removes alert anticipation and replaces it with floating calm. Individual to each client, this is a personal experience, which ensures unusual release of both physical and mental tensions. This all-encompassing treatment comprises a welcoming foot ritual, skin softening salt scrub and exceptional free-flowing movements.

Bajan Synchronized Massage - 2 hrs
Paradise regained through a combination of stretching and rolling movements and long deep strokes using oil enriched with fragrant spices. Two therapists work in synchronized harmony to achieve mental and spiritual bliss, commencing with a welcoming foot ritual and ending with a complete vital energy-point massage of the face, body and scalp.

Ayurvedic Foot Therapy - 1 hr
In Ayurvedic philosophy the soles of the feet mirror the systems and functions of the body. The therapist will gently stimulate the Marina points relating to specific areas - easing tension, improving circulation and elimination, and helping you achieve a sense of total equilibrium.

Bajan Head Massage - 30 min
A calming yet energizing head massage focuses on vital energy points, combined with individually chosen aromatherapy oils. If time is of the essence, this compact treatment will help to reduce tension, increase circulation and leave you with a feeling of well-being.

Body Envelopments

Detoxifying Sea of Senses - 1 hr 15 min
A purifying and balancing body envelopment which combines skin brushing, gentle exfoliation and warmed algae to boost metabolism, reduce fluid retention and detoxify your whole system. A combination of marine plants rich in minerals and enzymes will leave your skin feeling deeply nourished and hydrated. A full scalp massage for total relaxation completes the experience.

Essence of Earth - 1 hr 15 min
A complete body envelopment where skin brushing and exfoliation are combined with warmed marine mud. These precious earth minerals aid in the relief of aches and pains, the soothing of skin and release of tension. The treatment concludes with a deep scalp massage and a nurturing veil of moisturizing balm.

Purifying Herbal Linen Wrap incorporating Hot Stone Therapy - 30 min
Natural linens are heated in an infusion of Tridoshic detoxifying herbs. The entire body is cocooned in order to stimulate and increase body temperature and encourage the elimination of toxins.

Oshadi Envelopment - 1 hr 15 min
A full body exfoliation with sea salt and warming aromatherapy oils leaves the skin soft and supple. Oshadi - "Giver of Life" - is the Ayurvedic term for all plants and herbs used in traditional healing practices and therapies. After exfoliation these plants and spices are combined with a warm herbal infusion to form a nourishing mask which is smoothed on to the body to warm and hydrate the skin and relieve aching muscles and joints. This gift of nature restores perfect equilibrium to mind and body

Cooling Envelopment - 45 min
A soothing and cooling application of products containing both lavender and chamomile to help ease discomfort caused by over exposure to the sun. Relax, as the whole body is gently enveloped in banana leaves, and feel the heat slowly seep through your sensitized skin as you enjoy a therapeutic head massage. The treatment is finished with an application of a light, moisturizing balm to calm and nourish the skin and leave the body totally relaxed

Golfer's Tonic - 2 hrs
Tee off with a relaxing back massage to ease muscle tension, followed by a holistic foot and nail treatment which includes exfoliation, deep massage with an appropriate aromatherapy oil, and an envelopment of warm paraffin wax. All designed to relieve the aches and pains of feet that may be feeling below par.

Stimulating Hip and Thigh Treatment - 1 hr
A specialized treatment to stimulate the circulatory and lymphatic systems, concentrating on the areas of the body prone to cellulite, fluid retention and uneven skin texture. Deep exfoliation with a seaweed salt scrub is then followed by a detoxifying massage using stimulating essential oils and an application of warm marine algae. Essential reflex points on the feet and eye area are activated to continue the purifying and cleansing process.

Salt and Oil Scrub - 30 min
This exceptional skin softening body exfoliation combines sea salts, nourishing oils and essential oils to leave your skin moisturized, smooth and soft. A compact treatment with a dramatic result.

Pre and Post-Natal Treatment for New Beginnings - 1 hr 30 min
This pre and post-natal body treatment has been carefully designed for pregnant and nursing mothers to take account of all contra-indications and aid in relaxation and tonicity of the skin during this very special time. The treatment avoids the use of essential oils as advised by the Aromatherapy Organization Council and is a luxurious treat using a calendula infused oil, various muds and creams and advanced massage techniques to safe areas. It leaves the skin toned and the client totally relaxed.

Lifesaving Back Massage - 45 min
The back is cleansed, body brushed and exfoliated to help stimulate circulation and cell renewal, then calmed with a deep tension releasing aromatherapy massage and a soothing warm mud mask. Totally Blissful Back, Face and Scalp Treatment - 1 hr 30 min

Hydrotherapy Bath - 30 min
A therapeutic underwater massage in your own individual and private multi-jet bath, using selected seaweeds, sea salts or essential oils. The effect will leave you feeling gently invigorated and surprisingly relaxed.

Jet Blitz - 15 min
A hand-held, high-pressure jet of warm or cold water. This water massage helps break down cellulite and fatty tissue, boosts circulation, and helps tone the body and firm muscles.

Relaxation, Heat Experiences, Hydrotherapy Pool and Spa Garden
Rejuvenate in the gentle dry heat of the Crystal Laconium or the granite Steam Room, then cool down in the invigorating Ice Cave or exotic Lifestyle Showers.
