The resort’s signature dining
experience at Parallel23 features Pan-Tropical cuisine in a setting of
casual elegance. The menu features flavors and textures from the
tropical world, prepared using organic and local ingredients in a
state-of-the-art display kitchen with wood-burning oven, wok station
and tandoori oven. An extensive wine list featuring wines from around
the world, as well as, vertical and tasting flights compliments the
experience. An expansive outdoor terrace faces The Mansion’s gardens
for al fresco dining. Additionally, an extraordinary outdoor private
dining room is available for private functions. |

Plunge, the pool bar and
restaurant, is as unique as the pool itself. Surrounded on one side by
the pool, one can relax in a water banquette or sit at the bar without
exiting the pool and still enjoy the full menu. A sunken dining
terrace surrounded by a waterfall and garden offers additional al
fresco seating. The menu is eclectic and focused on small plates and
like all of the culinary offerings at The Palms, is inspired by the
tropical world. Specialties from the wood-burning oven, Asian-inspired
tapas and sushi, or refreshing fruit liquadoes and cocktails are
available throughout the day and into the evening. In addition, the
resort’s culinary offerings are available to our guests en-suite
through its Private Dining service. |
