Lani Maui offers you a choice of spacious one bedroom Suites or
private two and three bedroom Villas.
Each of our spacious Suites
feature a minimum of 840 square feet of luxurious living space
including one bedroom, extra large Italian marble bathroom with deep
soaking tub, separate living room with full entertainment system, and
a large furnished lanai.
Just steps from Polo Beach, our
private Villas offer the ultimate in location, comfort, and
family convenience. Two level Villas are available in Ocean Front and
Ocean View locations and provide between 1800-2200 square feet of
luxurious living space, featuring a private courtyard with
plunge pool and barbeque. Villa floor plans
include two or three bedrooms, a
full gourmet kitchen,
extra large Italian marble bathroom with deep soaking tub, separate
living room/dining room with full entertainment system, high speed
internet access, fax machine, washer and dryer.
Two Bedroom Villa
Our private Villas offer the ultimate in location, comfort, and family
convenience. Two bedroom Villas are spacious split-level
accommodations including living room with sofa bed and full
entertainment center, two bedrooms with large walk-in closets, and two
over-sized Italian marble bathrooms with deep soaking tub and walk-in
shower. The Villas also feature a full gourmet kitchen, and BBQ grill
in a furnished courtyard with plunge pool.

Three Bedroom Villa
Three bedroom Villas are identical to two bedroom Villas with the
addition of a third bedroom. Three bedroom Villas are 2200 square
feet and offer a third bedroom with two double beds. Each of the four
rooms has its own television.
Bed Type: one king bed in each of two bedrooms, two double beds
in third bedroom upstairs, double sofa bed in living room

One Bedroom Suite
Spacious one bedroom suites feature a minimum of 840 square feet of
luxurious living space including one bedroom, extra large Italian
marble bathroom with deep soaking tub and walk in shower, separate
living room with full entertainment system, and a large furnished
lanai (patio). Each suite offers a wet bar, microwave oven, coffee
maker and compact refrigerator in the foyer.
There
are 413 spacious one bedroom suites in the resort which are
categorized by view. Ocean views can be enjoyed from 75% of our
suites and villas. High speed internet access is available in all of
our suites and villas.
Bed Types: Either one king bed or two double beds are
in each suite. The only exception is our Kilohana Premier Suite which
is available with only one king bed. A double bed sofa sleeper is also
available in the living room area of each suite.
Suite Categories
Kilohana Signature Suite: Spacious corner suite with
spectacular panoramic ocean views, 1100 sq ft including spacious wrap
around furnished lanai. This is our most popular suite, perfect for
romantic getaways!
Fairmont Deluxe Ocean View Suite: Spectacular full
view of ocean, 840 square feet including furnished lanai.
Fairmont Ocean View Suite: Partial or angled view of
ocean from within the suite, 840 square feet including furnished
lanai.
Fairmont Pool Side Suite: Lawn level suite offering
direct walk out to the upper lagoon pool, 840 square feet including
furnished lanai. This suite is very popular with families with young
children.
Fairmont Suite: Tropical garden or mountain view of
Mount Haleakala crater, 840 square feet including furnished lanai.
Moderate Suite: Excellent value, limited view
of landscaped driveway entrance or side street of resort, 840 square
feet including furnished lanai.
