Four Seasons Resort Hualalai rests on Hawaii’s exclusive North Kona Coast, surrounded by lush vegetation, sparkling ocean waters and stunning white-sand beaches. The Resort’s 243 expansive bungalow-style guest rooms, including 31 suites, feature private, furnished lanais and stunning ocean views. Some of the lower-level guest rooms and suites also offer outdoor gardens and lava rock showers.

Guest Rooms
The Hotel’s standard guest rooms all feature spacious bedroom and sitting areas decorated with Polynesian-style furnishings. Ocean-View Rooms look out across pools or natural Hawaiian fishponds and gardens. Closer to the ocean, Ocean-Front Rooms provide an added measure of privacy and exceptional views. Golf Ocean-View Rooms, overlooking the 18th hole of the Jack Nicklaus-designed Golf Course, and upper-level Prime Ocean-View Rooms are also available.

Expansive Four Seasons Executive Suites offer the privacy of sliding wooden doors between the living area and the secluded bedroom and overlook the golf course or ocean. Four Seasons Executive Suites - Ocean Front feature similar amenities and additional space for relaxing or entertaining.

Set in four crescents around a pool or a natural Hawaiian fishpond throughout the Resort, Ocean-View Rooms are spacious standard rooms that face the Pacific Ocean across gardens or pools.
 

Ocean-Front Room
Ocean-Front Rooms are the spacious standard rooms situated closest to the ocean near the end of the four bungalows. They offer beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean.
 

Golf Ocean-View Room
Golf Ocean-View Rooms are spacious standard rooms looking toward the ocean across the 18th hole of the Jack Nicklaus-designed championship golf course.

Prime Ocean-View Room
Prime Ocean-View Rooms are spacious deluxe guest rooms on the bungalows' upper floors, set in four crescents overlooking tropical gardens or pools, and affording views of the ocean and white-sand beach.

Suites
Deluxe One-Bedroom Suites occupy one side of a single-storey bungalow, offering exceptional privacy. An extra bedroom is available for all one-bedroom suites. The secluded Presidential Villa, with three luxurious bedrooms, comes complete with a complimentary helicopter tour of the island, one-hour massage for two and daily food and beverage amenity.

Four Seasons Executive Suite
Four Seasons Executive Suites offer the additional privacy of sliding wood doors to seclude the bedroom from the living room. Located on upper and lower bungalow levels throughout the Resort, they overlook the ocean or the golf course.

Four Seasons Executive Suite - Ocean Front
Four Seasons Executive Suites offer the additional privacy of sliding wood doors to seclude the bedroom from the living room. These suites are situated closest to the ocean at the tips of the crescents and offer superior views of the Pacific ocean.

Deluxe One-Bedroom Suite
Offering a luxurious space to entertain, Deluxe One-Bedroom Suites have an oversized living and dining area enhanced by unique artwork and antiques. Suites are located to provide exceptional privacy with the best possible views. A second bedroom with full bathroom can be added to accommodate more guests. Deluxe Ocean-Front Suites are literally steps away from the sparkling water.

Presidential Villa
The Presidential Villa offers the ultimate in luxury on Hawaii's Big Island. A secluded, three-bedroom beach home in paradise, this enormous suite basks in majestic oceanfront, sunset views with in-season whale watching.

Families and Special Needs
Families can be accommodated in suites and, in some cases, through connecting standard guest rooms. We recommend contacting the Resort directly to make the best arrangements. Rooms and floors for non-smokers are available on request, as are wheelchair-accessible rooms.
