Exclusive Four Seasons Club Floor

The U-shaped design of the Resort's eight-storey, classically styled building ensures that 80 percent of the rooms and suites enjoy dazzling views of the Pacific Ocean. Other rooms overlook tropical hillsides and the luxurious, landscaped gardens. All guest rooms and suites include comfortable seating, a large marble bathroom and a spacious, furnished lanai. Most offer a king-sized bed, but double beds are also available.

Mountainside Room
Spacious Mountainside Rooms offer unrivalled Four Seasons service and amenities fit for both business and leisure travelers. These rooms are situated in the back portion of the Resort near Wailea Alanui drive. Located on the upper floors, Mountainside Rooms measure 600 square feet (56 square meters). Rooms feature a sitting area for reading or relaxing as well as a round marble table with two chairs. The oversized marble bathroom features a double-sink vanity, separate shower and deep soaking tub.

Garden View Room
These spacious guest rooms overlook the Resort's large sculpture garden and other landscaped garden areas. Located on the third and fourth floors, these rooms measure 600 square feet (56 square meters). The lower level Garden View Rooms provide access to the beautifully landscaped gardens via a walkout lanai. Rooms have a furnished lanai; all rooms have a sitting area for reading or relaxing as well as a round marble table with two chairs. The oversized marble bathroom features a double-sink vanity, separate shower and deep soaking tub.

Partial Ocean View Room
Angled towards the ocean in the rear portion of the Resort, these spacious guest rooms provide a partial view of the ocean from a private, furnished lanai. Located on the Resort's lower floors, Partial Ocean View Rooms measure 600 square feet (56 square meters). They feature comfortable sitting area for reading or relaxing as well as a round marble table with two chairs. The oversized marble bathroom features a double-sink vanity, separate shower and deep soaking tub.

Ocean View Room
Angled towards or facing the ocean from the rear portion of the Resort, these spacious guest rooms provide ocean views from a private, furnished lanai. Located on the middle to higher floors, Ocean View Rooms measure 600 square feet (56 square meters). They feature comfortable sitting area for reading or relaxing as well as a round marble table with two chairs. The oversized marble bathroom features a double-sink vanity, separate shower and deep soaking tub.

Four Seasons Executive Suite – Ocean View Prime
Four Seasons Executive Suites have the added privacy of wooden louvered doors to seclude the bedroom from the living room. These elegant suites provide an excellent view of the Pacific Ocean and the golden sand beach. Located on the upper floors of the Resort, these Four Seasons Executive Suites measure 830 to 850 square feet (77 to 79 square meters). In addition to the living area, there is a dining area that seats four guests, making these suites ideal for business or personal entertaining. These suites also have an oversized, comfortably furnished balcony or lanai (suites with two lanais are available upon request). The oversized marble bathroom features a double-sink vanity, separate shower and deep soaking tub.

Ocean Front One-Bedroom Suite
These elegant suites directly overlook the beach and the Pacific Ocean. One-Bedroom Suites feature a separate large living area - making them ideal for small families or personal entertaining. Located on the third and fourth floors of the Resort, the suites measure 1,400 square feet (130 square meters). A large living room and dining area includes a full-size sofabed, a private bar and stereo system. The spacious master bedroom has a king bed, extensive closet space and a large dressing area. Full marble master bathroom includes deep soaking tub and separate shower; guest powder room with shower off the living room.

Club Floor
The Club Floor is situated in the south wing of the eighth floor, accessible by private key elevator. The exclusive ocean-view lounge offers a variety of special services such as private check-in and check-out, personal registration by a club Concierge, and assistance with bookings for dining, travel and activities. Guests will also enjoy complimentary continental breakfast, afternoon tea and snacks, sunset cocktails and hors d'oeuvres, after-dinner cordials and desserts, and beverage service throughout the day.

Families and Special Needs
Families can be accommodated in suites and, in some cases, through connecting standard guest rooms. Most rooms and suites also offer an optional twin-sized sofabed in the living area. We recommend contacting the Resort directly to make the best family arrangements. Rooms for non-smokers are available on request, as are wheelchair-accessible rooms.
