Pacific Grill
Surrounded by lush foliage, tropical breezes and an ocean view, most of our guests begin their day with a leisurely breakfast in this open-air restaurant. Pacific Grill's steak and seafood items from the Pacific Rim are favored fare in the evening. These dishes combine flavors from the East and West with those of Hawaii to create a fusion fantasy. Pacific Grill's seating capacity is 190.

The casual terraced restaurant features a sumptuous breakfast buffet filled with fresh local fruit, meats, cereals and pastries. For dinner in an open-air setting, a robust steak and seafood menu is now offered, paired with an outstanding wine list. The dishes are prepared with a Pacific Rim flair and feature locally grown produce. This is the ideal place for family meals or just an exquisite dinner for two.

Spago
With a contemporary approach to traditional Asian design, the décor of Spago at Four Seasons Resort Maui features unique stone and woods, custom lighting and glass, exotic textures and art pieces.

A stunning bar and intimate lounge area allow guests to enjoy magnificent panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and Wailea Beach. The Spago dining room accommodates seating for 135 guests, including lanai seating for 79, and additional private dining for up to 73 guests.

Master chef Wolfgang Puck's menu is a fusion of Hawaiian and California cuisine, with Pacific Rim flavors. Spago chefs utilize the finest and freshest ingredients from the Hawaiian Islands, including organic products, and employ some traditional Hawaiian cooking techniques. A special children's menu, the first ever for Wolfgang Puck, is also available.

Spago's Master Sommelier has designed a unique wine program featuring wines from around the world – including the United States, Europe, Australia and Chile – at varied and approachable prices.

Lobby Lounge
The open-air Lobby Lounge overlooking the Pacific Ocean and the lush tropical gardens is the perfect setting for the classic cocktail at sunset. Among other favorites, a selection of martinis is offered, as well as the perfect cosmopolitan. Hawaiian entertainment can be enjoyed on Tuesday through Saturday from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm. Contemporary music featuring Maui's premier musicians is played nightly from 8:30 pm to 11:30 pm.

Four Seasons In-Room Dining is a fine-dining experience within the comfort and convenience of your guest room or suite. Choose from an extensive menu, day or night, ideal for time-zone hopping travelers, impromptu meetings or for quiet, private dining.

Highlights of In-Room Dining breakfast service include fresh juice, egg-white frittatas and a traditional Japanese breakfast, as well as an inspired selection of nutritionally balanced fare. In-Room Dining lunch service features American cuisine. In-Room Dining dinner service includes Pacific Rim and American specialties. A variety of picnic baskets are also available.
