Our comfortable rooms and elegant suites are spread among three architecturally unique towers. The beautiful grounds and scenery of our resort can be enjoyed from the private lanai of every room. Our Presidential Suites deliver sauna, piano, whirlpool tubs and more in 3,000 sq. feet of wood and classic marble. Guest rooms and suites, 1,240 in all, feature art treasures and antiques, with furnishings that are refined yet comfortable. Luxurious service throughout the resort is provided by a staff that defines the Spirit of Aloha for which our islands are renowned.

Ocean Tower
Ocean Tower, with its exotic-flora-filled atrium, boat landing, food pavilion and adults-only pool, offers a variety of guest rooms and suites. Our Executive Level rooms are also located in Ocean Tower. Just steps away and perfect for children is the Kohala River Pool at the north end of the resort. It is actually three pools connected by short waterslides and a gentle river current. Set just yards from the Pacific Ocean, guests can enjoy the dramatic scenery while taking in a refreshing dip in these cool pools. Hammocks and cabanas are strewn between palm trees, providing alternate lounging opportunities. The Kohala Pool Bar & Snack Bar offers dining options.

Lagoon Tower

Bay Suites
Thirty-four suites located in all three towers. Approximately twice the size of a standard guest room with one bedroom, one bath, and separate living area. Ocean and/or mountain views.

Palace Suites
Twelve suites located in the Palace Tower. Approximately three times the size of a standard guest room with one bedroom, one and one-half bathrooms. Ocean and/or mountain and golf course views.

Royal Suites
Five suites located in the Palace Tower. Approximately four times the size of the standard guest room with one bedroom and one and one-half bathrooms. All have ocean and/or mountain and golf course views.

Presidential Suites
Each of the five Presidential Suites is approximately six times the size of a standard room (over 3,000 square feet) with two bedrooms, and two and one-half bathrooms. Suites offer living, dining, kitchenette, sauna, bedroom and dressing areas as well as spacious lanais and spectacular ocean views.
