Tall,
cool drinks, tropical concoctions and light snacks are served up
each day at Half Moon's award-winning bars. Scattered throughout the
property, each bar has its own picturesque views and unique

Moon is pleased to offer guests six gourmet restaurants, with all
but one on the resort's property, and half of a dozen bars to

Seagrape Terrace
Kissed by gentle sea breezes, the Seagrape Terrace beckons guests
throughout the day with promises of delicious lunches, traditional
afternoon tea, delightful snacks and, to complete the day, gourmet
dining and after dinner drinks al fresco.
Early morning risers may
enjoy freshly-brewed Blue Mountain coffee and a light, a la carte
breakfast, while others might sink their teeth into one of the
Caribbean's most elaborate breakfast buffets with freshly squeezed
juices (including watermelon and mango); a selection of traditional
international hot and cold entrees, and a clever display of fresh
local fruit, cheeses, breads and pastries.

Lester's Bar

This tastefully decorated restaurant is ideal for a starry-eyed
dinner for two or a gathering of friends and loved ones. Created by
Italian chef Giorgio Rusconi, the authentic Italian menu offers a
wide variety of Italian "Antipasti" or appetizers including a tower
of Buffalo Mozzarella, Fresh Tomato and Parmesan Cheese; rustic
pastas and smooth risottos; a selection of popular meat dishes
including the slowly-braised Osso Bucco; local and imported seafood,
and for dessert, Tiramisu and other Italian delights.

Sugar Mill
Attracting celebrities from all over the world, this gracious
retreat offers a magical setting complemented by gourmet
contemporary Jamaican cuisine, and live music.
Reminiscent of days gone
by, the adjacent working water mill still gently turns as it has for
over 200 years. Take a walk over and see the original stone
structure that is now used for the most romantic dinner for two or
exclusive dinner parties for a maximum of 12 guests.
Beautifully situated on a
gentle slope overlooking the resort's world-class golf course, The
Sugar Mill Restaurant is open for lunch and dinner, and is available
for private parties and wedding receptions.

Royal Stocks
Inspired by one of the oldest of English traditions, The Royal
Stocks is a fun place to relax and enjoy traditional pub fare in a
Tudor-style setting. The name "Royal Stocks" honors the visit of Her
Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and HRH Prince Philip and the "stocks"
reflect a type of public humiliation in medieval Britain.
