1. Your private chef will shop and prepare the meals of your choice, as you like them, when you want them -- you simply pay the grocery and liquor bills as they come.

2. You can opt for the "all-inclusive" plan whereby you pay one set amount on a per person/per day basis and all your meals and drinks are included ... and your private chef is still there to prepare all your meals for you!

From fresh squeezed juice and world renowned Jamaican Blue Mountain Coffee each morning to four-course lunches and dinners, to snacks any time of the day or night … the Moon Dance staff is there to serve you.

The menu is a wonderful blend of Jamaican and American dishes. Your chef uses only the freshest ingredients to create flavorful masterpieces and special epicurean requests. Our wine list was created "mindful" that food and wine should compliment each other. The Villa's cellar has great breadth in American and European wines contributing to a luxurious dining experience. Of equal excellence is the selection of spirits and brews showcasing our inspired attention to catering to discerning and diverse palates.

No visit is complete without a beach barbeque that includes tasting the savory flavors of "jerk." Jerk refers to the heavenly mixing of island spices used to season grilled chicken, fish, and other meats with that unmistaken Jamaican zest. And no one makes jerk better on the island, "mon", than our staff !
