Not to be left out, the breakfast and luncheon buffets are sumptuous. The only thing that will never vary is the quality. It is always excellent. The Weekly Jamaican Beach party is a cultural medley of colors, music and traditional delicacies while the Friday Night Starlight Gala is a spectacular culinary showpiece.

Casanova is the resort's fine-dining gem. Classic gourmet French cuisine is elegantly presented with European style and panache. Whether it be in air-conditioned comfort or cooled by Caribbean breezes beneath the stars on the Casanova Terrace. Here is where guests come to enjoy a luxurious meal at the end of the perfect day. Casanova serves dinner only and jackets required for dining inside.

Ristorante Palazzina serves lavish breakfast and luncheon buffets featuring traditional favorites and Caribbean-inspired cuisine. Dinner includes a menu of fresh pastas with a variety of exquisite sauces and savory Italian specialties served a la carte. Smart casual dress, dinner reservations required.

Bella Vista is where one goes to have a moonlit dinner right on the beach. Soothed by melodies of our traditional Jamaican Mento Band, the delicious menu of authentic Jamaican specialties and unequalled atmosphere makes this spot a favorite among guests. Casual dress, no reservations required.

Beach Grill serves Jamaican-style gourmet hamburgers and other grilled specialties from 12:30pm until 5pm. under the bright blue Ocho Rios sky. Bare feet and bathing suits are welcome.
