Spa and Temazcal Services at the resort allow guests to enjoy the
natural treatments in the relaxing surrounding of the jungle or in a
hut by the beach, and are complimented by yoga and Qi Gong classes,
holistic massages and facials. One of El Tamarindo’s sought-after
treatment is the Temazcal, a pre-Hispanic purification ritual, which
combines healing mud scrub, the ocean, an igloo constructed of clay
bricks and medicinal herbs, cleansing steam and pre-Hispanic
spiritual chanting. |
