The Restaurant
The Signature Restaurant at Esperanza follows the Auberge tradition of featuring superb cuisine in a sophisticated yet casual setting. Carved into the bluffs overlooking the Sea of Cortez, the restaurant features three levels of stone terraces flowing from a circular palapa-roofed dining room down to the property's two sandy coves. The menu features cocina del sol -- "sun-filled" Mediterranean-influenced cooking that incorporates local resources and regional flavors. Complementing the menu is an extensive wine list showcasing selections from France, Australia, Latin America (including several Baja wineries) and California, as well as a tequila menu featuring more than 100 selections, including several chosen expressly to be paired with dessert.

El Bar
Adjacent to the restaurant is the Palapa Bar, offering indoor and outdoor seating directly overlooking the ocean. The bar serves a variety of appetizers and light meals. In the evening, entertainment is provided to complement an extensive tequila and cigar menu.

Special Events
Join us each week for our Beach BBQ on the Esperanza Beach every Wednesday night and Mexicanisimo Thursday night for fun and casual dining. Reservations for these events can be made through the concierge.
