Babysitting services are available at an approximate price of $5.00/hour per child. The guest is also responsible for paying for the babysitter's transportation home which is $12.00. The Concierge will be more than happy to handle all your babysitting requests.

Bellmen are located at the Lobby Level of the pyramid. They will be happy to assist you with porterage and luggage storage.

The Concierge Desk is located in the Pyramid Lobby of the hotel. The Concierge can help you arrange dinner reservations and give you directions to major attractions and events.

The Housekeeping staff is pleased to offer twice-daily maid service to ensure the comfort of all our guests .

The hotel has its own parking lot inside the hotel grounds, and valet parking, for which there is a charge.

In order to guarantee our guests a comfortable, safe, and allergy-free environment, The Fairmont Acapulco Princess respectfully decline the presence of pets in the guest rooms and on the hotel grounds, with the exception of seeing-eye dogs, which are always welcome.

All rooms at The Fairmont Acapulco Princess are wheelchair accessible. Two rooms are especially equipped with wide doors and grab bars in the bathroom. Public areas - the pool decks, shops and restaurants -are all wheelchair accessible. Walkers are available upon request. The hotel will obtain wheelchairs on request, which can be rented for $7.00/day.
