Aramara
Aramara, meaning “a sacred place by the ocean" in the Huichol language, features our "Chino Latino" cuisine; a melting pot of Latin American and Asian flavors and culinary styles. The terrace, overlooking the pool area and the Pacific Ocean, comfortably seats 80 people. The inside includes a sophisticated dining experience for 60 guests as well as a small private dining room which seats 15 people.

The lively Aramara Bar invites to enjoy delicious cocktails in an elegant al fresco ambiance with daily live music. Cuban and Mexican cigars are available as well as an extensive selection of certified Tequila brands.

Specialties
Tequila-pairing menu every Saturday as part as our tequila night. Weekly specials include Tuna and Lobster menus. The chef’s daily specials focus on fresh local produce.

Ketsi
Ketsi, meaning “fish” in the local Huichol language, is located next to the pool area. It is covered by a huge thatched roof and provides a breathtaking view of the Pacific Ocean. Ketsi offers an al fresco setting for casual breakfast, lunch and dinner. The restaurant serves regional Mexican and Californian cuisine and invites guests to join the weekly theme nights. Live musical entertainment every night.

Enjoy the bountiful breakfast buffets Ketsi has to offer. An à la carte menu is also available. Lunch and dinner feature a wide selection of local seafood, salads, sandwiches, regional Mexican and Californian specialties as well as pizzas from the wood-burning oven. A children menu is available.

Tail Of The Whale
Located on the upper level of the golf clubhouse, overlooking the course and the ocean, Tail of the Whale is the perfect spot for a casual drink after a round of golf or a game of tennis. Open daily for breakfast and lunch.

Breakfast selections cover a variety of different tastes, such as Mexican, vegetarian and nutritionally balanced selections, as well as North American breakfast specialties.

The all-day dining menu includes a wide selection of Mexican entrées, such as seafood quesadillas, tortilla soup and cured serrano soup. Main courses include chicken enchiladas, Mexican pepitos and red snapper filet Veracruz style. International dishes and an inspired selection of healthier fare dinners are also available.

Another option for In-Casita Dining is our snack selection, featuring our traditional pizza, California Dreaming pizza and Aztec pizza.
