Tequila & Ceviche Bar
Our Ceviche bar celebrates the
bounty of the sea by serving an array of Ceviche complemented by
nearly 100 of Mexico's most exclusive, aged tequilas. At the bar, Las
Ventanas offers Tequila Lessons – a distinctly Mexican twist on
traditional wine tasting. During lessons, guests taste three kinds of
tequilas: Blanco (aged up to 60 days); Reposado (aged up to 12
months); and, Anejo (aged a minimum of 13 months). Guests learn about
the differences of the tequilas, how they are made, and the
appropriate way to drink tequila.
Guests can choose from a variety of ceviches
such as Classic Mexican Red Snapper, Cabrilla, Capers & Xtabentum,
Salmon, Passion Fruit & Tequila, Avocado & Shrimp in Cocktail Sauce,
Tuna, Coconut Milk, Cucumber, Soy & Cilantro, Three-In-One Shrimp,
Octopus and Calamari or enjoy a delectable salad such as Avocado &
Tabouleh or Hearts of Palm.

La Cava

Romantic Rooftop Terrace Dining
For guests staying in a Rooftop
Terrace Junior Suite, there's nothing more romantic than a private,
personalized meal for two up on the terrace. Sit down to an elegantly
set table seemingly on top of the world, open to the broad sky yet
ensconced in absolute privacy, with candles burning in the glow of the
disappearing sun. Within minutes, the heavens fill with countless
stars that twinkle just for you. From the menu and wines of your
choice to special requests, Las Ventanas will craft the romantic
evening of your dreams.
Beach Barbacoa
Experience a beach barbecue
celebration like no other. On Wednesday evenings, from April through
November, Las Ventanas hosts a unique barbecue on the beach that
features meats and seafood grilled over indigenous-style barbecue pits
in the sand as well as a variety of accompaniments, beverages and
desserts.
Las Ventanas Air
Guests can now take Las Ventanas
home with them -- the tantalizing aromas and tastes, that is. The
resort has given flight to a new service called LVP Air that provides
guests with an elegant and mouthwatering dining experience for the
trip home. Special menus have been created, and the resort will also
fill guests' personal menu requests.
Herb Garden Cooking Demonstrations
Executive Chef Marc Lippman explains the use of fresh herbs,
demonstrating techniques in the resort’s new herb kitchen. Classes are
small and intimate, for up to only six guests at a time. Participants
discover the secrets of professional chefs and bring home
extraordinary culinary expertise to make the freshest, most flavorful
dishes in their own kitchens.
