Experience fine dining in two new restaurants, including C, created by the legendary Charlie Trotter whose Chicago establishment is considered among the best in America. C's kitchen will provide 24-hour in-room dining service.

In addition, the palapa-style Agua restaurant offers gourmet “Mexiterranean” cuisine amidst panoramic views of the infinity edge pool and the Sea of Cortez.

Agua
Agua is a casual dining venue perched on a dramatic bluff overlooking the Sea of Cortez, adjacent to the resort's spectacular new infinity-edge pool. The al fresco, palapa-style restaurant serves what is being dubbed “Mexiterranean” cuisine – a unique hybrid of Mediterranean fare with Mexican influences, for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Bars and Lounges
The outdoor Agua Bar and Lounge is ideal for a light breakfast, lunch, afternoon snacks, and live music in the evening.

Breeze, adjacent to C restaurant, overlooks the ocean offering a relaxed seating area and balcony for pre-dinner cocktails.

 

C
Celebrated chef Charlie Trotter brings his sublime culinary talents to Los Cabos. True to Trotter's creed that “the best is the only thing good enough,” C emphasizes indigenous flavors and the area's freshest regional seafood, in addition to meat and game. A world-class wine list features a wide range of vintages designed to pair effortlessly with the cuisine.

The restaurant offers guests a variety of dining options, including the 110-seat dinner-only main dining room, which showcases two glass enclosed Wine Rooms, a Private Dining Room, a semi- private Cellar Dining Room, and a Chef's Kitchen Table in the show kitchen.

The Private Dining Room, seating 10, and invitation-only Chef's Kitchen Table, seating eight, both serve Charlie Trotter's signature “dégustation” menu, offering diners a variety of courses, each paired with individualized wine selections.
