Dinner Options
Valentin Imperial
Maya is the place where all-inclusive luxury means the freedom to
enjoy it in your own way; as a result reservations will never be
required in any of our restaurants. Simply choose a restaurant you
would like to go to and it will be our pleasure to serve you
anytime, provided it is within hours of operation. At five of our
restaurants we include a sample menu in seven stages with its
suggested matching wine, carefully selected by our executive chef
and house sommelier. All restaurants offer different diet food
options, (vegetarian, low fat, etc.).
You may
occasionally experience a brief wait between 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm for
the restaurant of your choice, however, our Restaurant Managers will
be pleased to write down your name, inform you of the approximate
wait time, hand you a beeper and invite you to enjoy a relaxing
cocktail or beverage until a table is ready for you.
We request that you
strictly adhere to restaurant dress code.
Restaurant Le
Marché
Specializing in international dishes, the enchanting “Le Marche”
opens its doors for dinner at 6:00 pm Because of its spaciousness,
it is an excellent choice for dinner with a group of friends. This
restaurant also offers different theme nights, however we always
have a shortened menu available in addition to the theme being
offered. Please check with your concierge for information on the
weekly program.

We took the classic traditional French cuisine and carefully

“Ginger” offers a selection of á la carte items, Tepanyaki

Our Mexican Restaurant is based on traditional Mexican gastronomy
with a contemporary touch from three of our country’s different
states—Veracruz, Puebla and Yucatan—avoiding excessively spicy
