Legal
and Religious Ceremony
We
will help you to coordinate the paper work and legal requirements to
hold your wedding at Paraiso de la Bonita as well as arrange a
Judge, Pastor or Translator.
In order to get married in Cancun, Quintana Roo, there are a few
requirements you must meet.
In order to file the application for marriage at the Registry Office
- which must be done at least 3 working days prior to the wedding
date --you must bring with you originals and clear photocopies of:
Tourist Card (you
will receive this upon arrival at the Cancun Airport)
Birth Certificates
(translated and certified by the issuing office)
Original forms of
blood tests (Letter head)
(Blood test have to be performed here in Cancun and must include
blood type test, venereal disease test, and aids test and have to be
taken into 15 days prior the wedding date)
Passports or
driver's licenses
Final divorce
decrees or death certificate if applicable.
Names, addresses,
ages, nationalities, occupation, relationship, tourist cards and an
identification of your four witnesses
