Paraiso de la Bonita's entrance, with its soaring thatched roof,
rich terracotta-colored walls and hand-hewn timber columns,
frames a startling view of the resort's swimming pool and the
turquoise Caribbean beyond. The Main House's open courtyards,
with overflowing reflecting pools and intricate mosaic pathways,
lead guests beyond the metal papel-picado artwork and a
hand-carved fountain with six sculpted Mayan jaguars, to the
resort's restaurants and salons.
Taking advantage of the rich culinary traditions of Mexico, the
finest influences from Europe, and the abundance of fresh
seafood and other produce available, dining at Paraiso de la
Bonita, under the direction of our French chef, is offered in
The Restaurant, with its hand-painted murals and patio
terrace. Adjoining it is the outdoor Grill, for broiled
seafood and meat, and La Canoa, the resort's elegant
dining room. Drinks, refreshments and conversation are enjoyed
in the Library Bar. The open-air huano-thatched Pool
Bar next to the pool serves drinks throughout the day.
Both of our Restaurants are under the supervision of our French
Executive Chef Fabrice Guisset.
