The terms and conditions set forth herein are the sole contract between THE ROADS LESS TAKEN, INC. (hereinafter referred to as RLT), located at 2025 Lakepointe Drive, Suite 13-B, Lewisville, TX 75057, and the vacation participant(s). Payments for air passage and/or land package programs are accepted by RLT only with the understanding that the participant(s) has been made aware of, and agreed to, all conditions of this contract prior to sending RLT such payments.

CHANGES and CANCELLATIONS

It is strongly recommended that you purchase Travel Protection at the time of deposit for your vacation package. If you choose to decline this coverage, we must have your initials on the applicable Booking Form declining coverage.

The following penalties will apply to all cancellations and MAY apply to certain changes requested:

$50 per person for cancellations OR for some changes made 60 days or more prior to departure date. $250 per person for cancellations OR changes made 30-60 days prior to departure…30% of the total vacation price for cancellations made 15-29 days prior to departure…50% of the total vacation price for cancellations made 4-14 days prior to departure. Finally, there will be no refund at all if changes or cancellations are made 1-3 days prior to departure. Once your travel has begun, there will be no refund for any unused or partially used services, including hotels, tour companies, or airlines services unless otherwise stipulated to by said hotels, tour companies and/or airlines.

Travel to the Caribbean requires that U.S. citizens carry proof of citizenship. A government issued birth certificate with raised seal, plus a photo ID such as your driver's license will be acceptable. A passport is optional and replaces the need for additional identification. It is the sole responsibility of each passenger to research and obtain any needed documentation for his or her foreign destination trip. Passengers denied boarding due to improper documentation will receive no refund.

Final payment is due in our office no later than 60 days prior to departure. A $25 per person late fee will be assessed if final payment is not received by this date.  If we have not received final payment  55 days prior to travel, your vacation package will automatically be cancelled and there will be no refund of your deposit.

Your documents will be sent via Airborne Express approximately 15 days prior to departure. Airborne Express will require a signature in order to leave the documents. The signature does not have to be yours specifically, but may be that of a relative, co-worker, secretary, etc. Please fill out this form completely and return it to ROADS LESS TAKEN to insure your documents are delivered in a timely and proper manner.
