If you reject travel insurance while booking your vacation with us, a copy of a travel insurance plan will be enclosed with your travel documents, should this insurance plan be missing from your documents please contact The Roads Less Taken, Inc. immediately.

The Roads Less Taken, Inc. is not registered in the state of California as "a seller of California travel" though is considered by the majority of wholesalers and resorts we deal with as part of the "West Coast" agencies groups. Responsibility Clause: The Roads Less Taken, Inc., its agents, and employees act only as agents for the passenger in regard to travel by road, air, sea or any other mode of transportation and/or any other conveyance, and assumes no liability for personal injury, property damage or loss, accident, irregularities or delays which may be incurred by any person or persons arising from the negligence of any direct or supplemental air carrier, hotel/hospitality entity, vehicle rental or person engaged in conveying the passenger(s), an Act of God, or through the rendering of any services or accommodations being offered through The Roads Less Taken, Inc.; nor shall The Roads Less Taken, Inc. be responsible for any loss or delays, injuries or damages, or death beyond the actual control of The Roads Less Taken, Inc. Any such losses and/or expenses, whatsoever, must be borne by the passenger. 

The tour operators and airlines, their agents and affiliates, shall not be held responsible for any act, omission or event during the time passengers are not on their property or on board their aircraft. The passenger resort coupon(s) and/or ticket in use by said resort or airline, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between that resort or airline and purchaser of these coupons and tickets and/or the passenger.

Roads Less Taken has taken all reasonable steps to ensure that proper arrangements have been made for your vacation, through arrangements with airlines and independent resort suppliers, to provide you with the services you purchase. We do not accept any liability whatsoever for actions or omissions of these suppliers, over whom we have no direct control. Should you have any dispute with such persons or organizations, however, we will give you such reasonable help as we can to assist in resolving potential disputes. 

Pricing is based on the lowest promotional rates offered by resorts and tour operators we deal with. The lowest rates, specific categories of rooms and suites and scheduled or charter air may not always be available for all departure dates requested. Certain “special” or promotional rates may have special conditions of payment associated with them. Our intention is to offer and provide you with the vacation you have selected, at the price in effect at time of booking. If for any reason (except as a result of U.S. or foreign government taxes or fuel surcharges), we have to increase the price of your vacation, due to rate increases by a resort, we will offer you the option of cancellation without charge, provided that you advise us within seven days of your receipt of notice of the increase. Notwithstanding, we do reserve the right to re-invoice you in case of an error made in calculating your vacation price.

We cannot control such factors as weather, government actions, mechanical breakdowns, your physical, medical or mental disabilities, your failure to obtain valid travel documents or your failure to follow travel instructions. We are not responsible for losses or damages arising from physical or emotional injury, property or other economic damage caused by such factors beyond our control and The Roads Less Taken, Inc.  is not responsible for any consequential damages or monetary losses due to flight delays or other unforeseen circumstances.
